To protect execution integrity, confidentiality, and lender alignment, intermediary-submitted mandates are accepted only through an approved referral framework.

All financing opportunities arranged by Equis Capital Finance (“Equis”) are structured strictly on a corporate or project finance basis, including corporate/project debt, equity investment, structured finance, or capital markets transactions. Such opportunities are not mortgage transactions within the meaning of the Mortgage Brokerages, Lenders and Administrators Act, 2006 (Ontario) (“MBLAA”) and therefore fall outside the regulatory scope of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (“FSRA”).
Equis does not offer, sell, or deal in securities to the public and is not licensed as a securities dealer, underwriter, or advisor under Canadian securities legislation. Where equity or capital markets financing is involved, the Client remains solely responsible for compliance with applicable securities laws.
Equis acts solely as a capital arranger and consultant and does not solicit investments from the public or engage in securities distribution.
