A Discreet Ecosystem of Qualified Capital Partners
Our role is not to offer loan products or provide direct lending. Instead, Equis serves as a capital markets intermediary — advising on the structuring and placement of bridge, interim, and structured financing transactions with appropriate lending and investment partners.
We engage capital discreetly, transaction-by-transaction, based on underwriting fit, execution readiness, and mandate alignment.
